RETURN POLICY

Eligibility, claim requirements, replacements, and refunds

1. Overview

Trusted Aminos stands behind the accuracy and condition of orders leaving our facility. This policy explains when an order may qualify for a replacement, refund, cancellation, or return.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, email support@trustedaminos.com within 7 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Include the following so we can review the claim promptly:

  • Order number and the name or email used for the order
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos of the item, product label, shipping box, internal packaging, and any visible damage
  • A photo of the packing slip, if one was included

Keep the product and all original packaging until we complete the review. Discarding them may prevent us from verifying the claim with the fulfillment partner or carrier.

3. Return Eligibility

Because research materials require controlled handling and a verifiable chain of custody, products generally cannot be returned or restocked after delivery. Except where required by law, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change-of-mind purchases or accidental orders after fulfillment has begun
  • Opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or temperature-exposed products
  • Products returned without prior written authorization
  • Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery or by storage, handling, or use inconsistent with product information

Do not mail a product back unless our support team has provided written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not guaranteed a refund.

4. Review and Resolution

After reviewing a timely, documented claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. The available resolution depends on the issue, supporting evidence, product availability, and applicable law.

Approved replacements are normally sent using a service level selected by us. If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund for the affected item instead.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed once payment has been confirmed or fulfillment has begun.

An order cannot be cancelled or modified after it has shipped. Address changes requested after carrier acceptance may also be unavailable or subject to carrier restrictions.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by the nature of the original transaction. We will notify you when the refund is initiated.

Card and bank refunds commonly take 5–10 business days to appear after issuance, depending on the payment provider and financial institution. We do not control processor posting times.

Original shipping charges and optional delivery-protection charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to us or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Claims involving a package lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered in transit are handled according to the Shipping Policy and the delivery-protection selection made at checkout. Carrier scans, tracking history, and delivery records may be required during review.
